HomStyl offers a home-design program for the smaller home builder whose budget does not allow for an in-house designer.

Here's how it works: You receive the services and benefits of an interior designer. We work with your vendors and your materials so you don't have to change a thing. We provide design guidance to your clients in their material selection - giving them the peace of mind larger builders with a design team can offer.

If you have a spec home, we will make all of the color selections for you.

Fees are on a per home basis and are based on sq. ft. Please call or email for more details.
